Three days at Marina Bay Sands, and Singapore delivered on its reputation as Asia-Pacific's premier maritime gathering.

APM brought together shipowners, operators, shipyards, and marine technology professionals from across the region and beyond an audience for whom vessel uptime, environmental compliance, and propulsion reliability are daily realities. Booth F-B35B gave us three full days to engage with this community and discuss how Supreme® sealing solutions contribute to Peace of Mind at sea.

ZERO-EMISSION AMBITIONS ARE RESHAPING SEALING REQUIREMENTS

Environmental compliance came up in almost every conversation. Shipowners and operators are under increasing pressure to eliminate oil-to-sea interfaces across their fleets. The Supreme Ventus® range with its air-type sealing solution addressed this need directly and generated significant interest from both newbuild and retrofit perspectives.

REMOTE MONITORING IS BECOMING STANDARD EXPECTATION

Fleet operators managing vessels across the Asia-Pacific region want visibility into seal condition without waiting for port calls. The Supreme Ventus® Remote Monitoring Portal resonated strongly, offering operators and fleet managers the ability to track seal health and plan maintenance from anywhere. Retrofit is a growing priority.

RETROFIT IS A GROWING PRIORITY

With newbuild slots tight and fleets ageing, many visitors were focused on what can be done during dry dock rather than at commissioning. Upgrading to Supreme® seals during scheduled maintenance periods proved a compelling conversation reducing downtime risk and extending the performance life of existing propulsion systems.
