Can Lagersmit continue to supply seals and spare parts?
Yes, Lagersmit increased its strategic stock when the COVID-19 crisis started, creating a good buffer. In practice, we see that deliveries sometimes incur small delays due to measures in the different areas to which products are shipped. If we anticipate these kinds of problems, we will do everything we can to proactively communicate this to our customers. To date, this has hardly ever been necessary.
Can Lagersmit continue to provide service worldwide?
In some places we can and in some places that is uncertain. We look at what is possible for each situation and then provide quick feedback. We will maintain more frequent contact than usual during planned and ongoing service projects, so that we can respond to changes in a timely manner. Planning service can sometimes take a little more effort, but with the necessary creativity and cooperation, even in difficult cases, much is still possible!
I want to meet with someone from Lagersmit, is that possible?
Sure! We are pleased to see that the use of digital media in our markets has taken flight in recent weeks. We can be reached via telephone, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. Keeping in mind the rules provided by our government and minding the hygiene protocol of Lagersmit, face to face meetings are also possible.
