How satisfied are you with our service and products?

To deliver Peace of Mind with the best sealing solutions; that’s our main goal. This is why we’ve recently implemented a new customer feedback program. Because in the end, if you are satisfied, we know we are on the right way. In addition, your feedback enables us to see how we can further improve our service to all our customers.

Who will receive this?

Every month, customers that are involved in the recently delivered order (and who did not receive this in the 6 months before) will receive a short questionnaire by our partner Integron. We will measure the level of satisfaction and see if there are points of attention, improvement or compliments. It will take less than 3 minutes of your time. We can also keep you up-to-date with the results when it’s finished!
