No, IHC Lagersmit doesn't exist anymore. On 1 July 2014 Lagersmit Sealing Solutions completely separated from the former parent company Royal IHC and became an independent Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of sealing solutions.
Company development
Lagersmit Sealing Solutions was founded in 1856 and had various name changes. On 1 July 2014 IHC Sealing Solutions became completely separate from the Royal IHC group. With the independence from the former parent company, Lagersmit acquired the unique position of becoming an independent sealing OEM.
