Special retrofit terms
Additional terms for shipping, storage, invoicing and warranty
Applicable to any and all quotes and orders
If the product is ready for shipment on the date stated on the order confirmation or otherwise agreed upon, but no delivery address is at that moment known to Lagersmit, Lagersmit is entitled to invoice the customer for the entire order amount and the customer is obliged to pay the invoice amount within thirty days upon the date of invoice. If the product is not shipped within thirty days after the invoice date due to force majeure or for reasons attributable to the customer, Lagersmit is also entitled to charge storage costs and the invoice date will serve as the effective date for the warranty.
