To initiate the return process, kindly fill out the form provided above. Please indicate the Lagersmit order number and the specific items you wish to return.

RETURN

Please send the items in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. These items are standard parts and are not custom-made.

CHECK

The quality control team at Lagersmit carefully inspects all returned items. These items must pass the check to receive credit.

CREDIT

If all conditions are met, Lagersmit charges a 10% fee to cover its costs. These costs will be deducted from the credit note.
